ROSEMONT, Ill. – The Big Ten Conference has announced its Men’s Cross Country weekly award winners for competitions that occurred between Oct. 21-28.  

Athlete of the Week  
Cameron Stocke, Minnesota 
Senior – Virginia, Minn. – Rock Ridge High School 

• Bested a field of 85 to win the Warrior Invitational hosted by Winona State 

• Finished 13.3 seconds ahead of the runner up 

• Led a Gopher contingent that had four place in the top nine 

• Last Minnesota Athlete of the Week award: Noah Kahut-Jackson (Sept. 4, 2024) 

 
Freshman of the Week 
Gus Rohde, Michigan State 
Freshman – Reed City, Mich. – Reed City High School 

• At the EMU Fall Classic, ran a 15:05.8 5K which was the top time amongst attached runners 

• Finished second overall and was the top finisher for Michigan State in his first collegiate 5K 

• Last Michigan State Freshman of the Week award: Beckett Crooks (Sept. 16, 2026)
