  • To ensure a collaborative and transparent return to competition, the Council of Presidents and Chancellors (COP/C), Commissioner Kevin Warren and the Big Ten Conference established the Return to Competition Task Force (Task Force) to prepare for the safe resumption of sports competition as soon as possible.

The Task Force is currently composed of a Steering Committee, Executive Committee and three subcommittees. In addition, members of the Big Ten Faculty Athletic Representatives and Senior Woman Administrators will advise the subcommittees regarding ongoing pertinent issues including academics and Olympic sports scheduling. The Task Force is working to ensure the necessary protocols and processes are in place to safely resume competition.
