Conference Center
The Big Ten Office and Conference Center is located at 5440 Park Place, Rosemont, IL 60018, and is part of Rosemont’s Parkway Bank Park.
HOURS
Normal business hours for meetings are Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm CT. Meetings outside normal business hours will be charged for security desk coverage.

Reserving Space
The Conference Center is available to all member institution (Big Ten and BTAA) departments. To reserve space at the Big Ten Conference Center in Rosemont, please complete the following form. Meeting Rooms
There are many meeting rooms available in multiple configurations in the Big Ten Conference Center. All rooms have audio and video conferencing capabilities. Additionally, the dining area can seat up to 100, and hosts as many as 140 individuals in pre-function/reception setups.

Catering
The Big Ten Conference has an exclusive contract with Tasty Catering. All food and beverage must be arranged through Tasty. To view the menu, click here.
Please note, you will not be able to order catering until your event is confirmed. Alcohol is not permitted at the Conference Center unless approved in advance.
Technological Capabilities
- Wi-Fi internet access (802.11ac).
- Projectors or large LCD displays in each meeting room.
- HDMI connections for connections to projectors and displays.
- Zoom cloud-based video collaboration service for use with videoconferencing units. The Zoom service allows for multiple sites to collaborate on a videoconference, while also allowing audio-only participants as well. Please inform your meeting coordinator in advance if you will need to utilize this service.
PARKING
Parking is available at the Parkway Bank Park Garage. The validated rate is $7.50 per day and tickets must be validated at the Big Ten security desk prior to returning to your car for departure.

SHUTTLES
All hotels listed above offer free shuttles that run to/from O’Hare International Airport. The Rose Hotel also provides a local shuttle to nearby local Rosemont attractions, including the Big Ten Conference Center.
