Logan Young

Director, Sports Administration

Logan Young joined the Big Ten Conference in October 2019 and was elevated to director, sports administration in July 2022. In her current role, Young manages the administration of conference postseason events, while also serving as a sport liaison for men’s soccer, wrestling, men’s tennis and softball. Additionally, Young serves as the primary liaison to the conference's event managers.

Prior to being hired by the Big Ten, Young worked as a corporate partnerships and marketing assistant at the University of California San Diego (UCSD). Prior to arriving at UCSD, she spent time as a marketing and championships intern at the Big West Conference.

Young earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a sports management emphasis from California Lutheran University in 2017. During her time at CLU, Logan was a four-year member of the women’s water polo team. She went on to receive a master’s degree in sport management from the University of San Francisco in 2019.
