Big Ten Announces Football All-Conference Teams for Offense and Select Individual Honors

2019 All-Big Ten Teams and Individual Honors


The Big Ten Conference announced the 2019 All-Big Ten football honorees on offense on Wednesday, following the defensive and special teams honors that were announced on Tuesday.
 
The Big Ten postseason awards are voted on by conference coaches and a select media panel and honors teams, coaches and students with individual awards that each bear the names of one or two former standouts. The Dungy-Thompson Humanitarian and Ford-Kinnick Leadership awards were announced last week.
 
The All-Big Ten teams and individual awards were announced based on the following schedule:
 
Tuesday, December 3:

  • All-Big Ten Defensive and Special Teams Selections
  • Nagurski-Woodson Defensive Player of the Year
  • Smith-Brown Defensive Lineman of the Year
  • Butkus-Fitzgerald Linebacker of the Year
  • Tatum-Woodson Defensive Back of the Year
  • Bakken-Andersen Kicker of the Year
  • Eddleman-Fields Punter of the Year
  • Rodgers-Dwight Return Specialist of the Year
  • Hayes-Schembechler Coach of the Year and Dave McClain Coach of the Year
  • Sportsmanship Honorees

 
Wednesday, December 4:

  • All-Big Ten Offensive Selections
  • Graham-George Offensive Player of the Year
  • Rimington-Pace Offensive Lineman of the Year
  • Griese-Brees Quarterback of the Year
  • Ameche-Dayne Running Back of the Year
  • Richter-Howard Receiver of the Year

  • Thompson-Randle El Freshman of the Year
