Big Ten Network Presents 2025 Big Ten Spring Championships
Final rounds of golf championships will air live on BTN for the first time in network history
The Big Ten Network today announced its 2025 Big Ten Spring Championships schedule, broadcasting the tournaments and championships for men’s and women’s golf, men’s and women’s tennis, men’s and women’s lacrosse, men’s and women’s outdoor track and field, rowing, softball and baseball.
Championship coverage kicks off with the Big Ten Women’s Golf Championship from the Bulle Rock Golf Course in Havre de Grace, Md. For the first time, live coverage from the final round will be televised on the Big Ten Network on Sunday, April 20, at 1 p.m. ET. Additionally, BTN will air live coverage from the championship round of the Big Ten Men’s Golf Championship from the Baltimore Country Club for the first time on Sunday, April 27, at 1 p.m. ET. Rick Pizzo, Will Haskett, Emma Carpenter and Erik Ciotti are among those who will anchor the golf championships on BTN.
Coverage continues with the men’s and women’s tennis championships airing live on B1G+, April 23 – 27. Women’s tennis coverage from Libbey Park in Ojai, Calif., begins Wednesday, April 23, at noon ET, and men’s coverage from Columbus, Ohio, begins at noon ET Thursday, April 24. Fans can also purchase a 2025 B1G Tennis Championships Pass on B1G+ to access live streams of every match and on-demand replays from the men’s and women’s tennis championships for a one-time payment of $9.99.
The quarterfinals of the Big Ten Women’s Lacrosse Tournament Presented by DIRECTV will air live on B1G+, Wednesday, April 23. Televised coverage of the tournament, hosted by Maryland, includes the semifinals Friday, April 25, at 5 p.m. ET and 7:30 p.m. ET on BTN. The championship game will air on BTN on Sunday, April 27, at 4 p.m. ET. Dean Linke and Taylor Cummings will anchor the semifinals and championship game on BTN.
Coverage of the Big Ten Men’s Lacrosse Tournament Presented by DIRECTV begins with the quarterfinals on B1G+, Saturday, April 26. The semifinals of the tournament, hosted by Michigan, air live on Big Ten Network on Thursday, May 1, at 5 p.m. ET and 7:30 p.m. ET. The championship game for the men’s tournament is scheduled to air live on BTN at 8 p.m. ET Saturday, May 3. Joe Beninati and Mark Dixon are scheduled to be on the call for the semifinals and championship game on BTN, while Mitchell Pehlke will report from the sidelines.
BTN’s coverage of the entire Big Ten Softball Tournament from West Lafayette, Ind. begins Wednesday, May 7, at 11 a.m. ET, and concludes with the championship game Saturday, May 10, at 4 p.m. ET. Lisa Byington, Jennie Ritter and Sydney Supple will provide on-air coverage of the championship game.
The Big Ten Men’s and Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Championships from Oregon will stream live on B1G+ from Friday, May 16, through Sunday, May 18. The final day of track events, May 18, will air live on BTN.
The first day of the Big Ten Rowing Championship from Eagle Creek Park in Indianapolis will stream on B1G+ on May 17. The final day will be televised live on BTN on Sunday, May 18, at 9 a.m. ET, with coverage provided by Dean Linke, Mandi Kowal, Grace Latz and Caroline Hendershot.
Big Ten Network will also be home to the entire Big Ten Baseball Tournament Presented by IFS.ai from Omaha, Neb., beginning Tuesday, May 20, at 11 a.m. ET, and concluding with the championship game Sunday, May 25, at 3 p.m. ET. Throughout the tournament, Connor Onion and Connor McKnight will be responsible for play-by-play duties, while Scott Pose, Danan Hughes and Jeff Leise will serve as analysts.
