Big Ten Baseball Produces MLB Prospects

ROSEMONT, Ill. — Big Ten Conference schools sent 70 players to Major League Baseball during the 2025 season.

The Big Ten also has its share of MLB prospects to keep an eye on in 2026, according to the latest Baseball America team prospects rankings:

No. 8 — Joshua Kuroda-Grauer, SS, Rutgers (2022-24), AAA
No. 9 — Devin Taylor, OF, Indiana (2023-25), A

Atlanta
No. 9 — Luke Sinnard, RHP, Indiana (2023), A+

Colorado
No. 4 — Brody Brecht, RHP, Iowa (2022-24), A

Detroit
No. 7 — Max Anderson, 2B, Nebraska (2021-23), AAA

Houston
No. 5 — Brice Matthews, 2B, Nebraska (2021-23), MLB

Los Angeles (AL)
No. 3 — George Klassen, RHP, Minnesota (2022-23), AAA

New York (NL)
No. 9 — Jack Wenninger, RHP, Illinois (2022-23), AA
