Lexington, Ky. -- Indiana's season came to an end Monday evening in a 4-2 loss to 12th-ranked Kentucky in game seven of the Kentucky Regional.

The game was tied 2-2 until the bottom sixth when a pair of Kentucky doubles resulted in two runs and a 4-2 lead that held up. Indiana scored in the first and second innings to open the game before UK pitchers Darren Williams and Mason Moore kept the visitors off the board the rest of the way.

Phillip Glasser produced three hits, scoring the Hoosiers' first run and driving home the team's second.

Indiana finishes the season with a 42-19 record. Tonight's action closes the Big Ten baseball season, which began Feb. 17 on NCAA Opening Day.
