The Big Ten Conference Baseball Tournament Presented by IFS.ai will be held May 21-26, 2024, at Charles Schwab Field Omaha in Omaha, Neb., site of the NCAA Men's College World Series. The Big Ten Tournament features an eight-team, six-day, double-elimination format. Every tournament game will be televised live on the Big Ten Network (BTN) and streamed via the web, smartphones, tablets and connected devices through the FOX Sports App.

The winner of this year's Big Ten Tournament will earn the conference's automatic berth into the 2024 NCAA Tournament, with the bracket to be revealed at noon (ET) May 27 live on either ESPN2 or ESPNU.

CREDENTIAL APPLICATION

The credential application process began April 30 and closes May 17.
 
Media can apply for credentials through the credential application form. Please fill out the form and return it to Daniel Jankowski via email (djankowski@bigten.org) by Friday, May 17. All credentials will be distributed on site, no credentials will be mailed.
 
CREDENTIAL PICK UP
 
Media members should pick up their credential at the box office on the first base line side before going to the parking lot. Media can temporarily park next to the box office, pick up their pass, and then drive around Charles Schwab Field to Lot C. Their credential will serve as their parking pass.

Monday, May 20 – Main Ticket Office starting at 1 p.m.

On game days, credential pickup will open an hour before the start of the first game each day. The box office will close midway through the final game each day.
 
MEDIA INFORMATION
 
Credentials:
Media credentials will be issued by Nebraska Athletics in conjunction with Daniel Jankowski (djankowski@bigten.org). Credential pickup will begin at 1 p.m. on Monday, May 20, at the Main Ticket Office. On game days, credential pickup will open at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the first game each day and will close midway through the final game each day. 

Print Media:
Print media will be located in the Charles Schwab Field Omaha Press Box, located on Press Level.

Postgame Press Conference:
Postgame press conferences will be held following the conclusion of each game. Head coaches and select players will be available in press conferences following their cooling-off periods. Any additional requests must be made through school communication directors. The order of appearance for postgame press conferences will be the losing team first, followed by the winning team. If a team is scheduled to play in two games on a single day, it will not appear in the first game’s press conference.

Radio:
Radio will be seated in the main press box directly behind home plate on press level. Four radio broadcast booths are available. ISDN and Ethernet lines will be provided. Contact Emily Keilman at ekeilman@omahameca.com or 402-707-5258 for more information.

Photography:
Photographers are permitted to shoot from designated photo areas adjacent to the dugouts. These locations are accessible from the field level tunnel and/or field. Photographers are NOT permitted to photograph from the field or from the top of the dugouts.

Local Television Outlets:
Broadcast rights for all games of the Big Ten Baseball Tournament belong to BTN. Other television outlets are permitted to film game action, so long as there is no interference with BTN’s live broadcast. A maximum of two minutes (2:00) of game video footage (without audio) may be utilized during the seven days following the conclusion of the game solely within regularly scheduled bona fide news programming distributed via television, and may not be distributed via the internet, wireless or other forms of media. Local Television outlets can shoot game action from the first and third-base wells located on the end of each dugout.

Professional Scouts:
MLB professional franchises must purchase tickets to the Big Ten Baseball Tournament. A professional scout shall not receive a complimentary admission/credential, nor request a seat in the area designated specifically for the media or press. Scouts looking for ticket information or for complimentary team information and game stats can contact Daniel Jankowski (djankowski@bigten.org).


TICKETS

Tickets for the tournament can be purchased at Charles Schwab Field Omaha starting one hour prior to the start of the first game each day. Tickets are now on sale for all-session tickets and group tickets. For tickets, visit Ticketmaster at www.ticketmaster.com. Tickets can also be purchased at the CHI Health Center Box Office. Fans will be permitted one re-entry per day.
