Big Ten Conference Announces List of 54 Football Student-Athletes to Appear at Football Media Days Presented by Discover®

ROSEMONT, Ill. - Riding the momentum of three consecutive College Football Playoff championships, the Big Ten Conference on Wednesday announced the complete list of football student-athletes scheduled to be in Chicago next month for 2026 Big Ten Football Media Days presented by Discover®. 

The three-day event returns to the Hilton Chicago on July 28-30, with Big Ten Network providing live coverage of all three days. Each of the conference’s 18 institutions will be represented by its head coach and three student-athletes. 

This year’s lineup is highlighted by a pair of returning First Team All-Americans, 15 All-Big Ten selections from the 2025 season, three head coaches who led their teams to last year’s College Football Playoff, and four head coaches debuting for their schools this fall. 

The conference season concludes in Indianapolis on Saturday, December 5, at the 2026 Discover Big Ten Football Championship Game at Lucas Oil Stadium (8:00pm ET/7:00pm CT/5:00pm PT; FOX). 

DAY 1 (July 28): Illinois, Iowa, Penn State, Rutgers, USC, Wisconsin  

DAY 2 (July 29): Michigan State, Minnesota, Ohio State, Oregon, Purdue, UCLA  

DAY 3 (July 30): Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Nebraska, Northwestern, Washington 

Media intending to cover the event can apply for credentials here . All applications must be submitted by Friday, July 10 at 5 p.m. CT.
