Big Ten Network Announces 2026 College Football Broadcaster Lineup

With 43 game broadcasts bolstered by comprehensive studio programming and a full slate of coverage from coast to coast, the Big Ten Network’s on-air lineup features a roster of longtime personalities and exciting new voices as the network embarks on Season 20 covering Big Ten football.

Game Broadcasts:

Joining BTN as analysts for the upcoming season are Ryan Kerrigan, a four-time Pro Bowl honoree and the 2010 Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year at Purdue; Kenjon Barner, a three-time Super Bowl champion and former All-American at Oregon; and Brett Hundley, former UCLA quarterback and NFL veteran.

BTN’s rotation of game analysts for this football season will include returners Jake Butt, a former All-American tight end at Michigan, veteran analyst and former Indiana wide receiver Rhett Lewis and former Iowa team captain Anthony Herron. Also scheduled to appear on the network throughout the season are Matt Millen, four-time Super Bowl Champion and All-American at Penn State; Brock Vereen, NFL veteran and All-Big Ten honoree at Minnesota; Marcel Reece, four-time Pro Bowler and Washington standout; Tanner Morgan, All-Big Ten quarterback at Minnesota; and Jared Thomas, former Northwestern offensive lineman.

They will work alongside an experienced collection of play-by-play talent, including Jeff Levering, Mark Followill, Jason Horowitz, Chris Vosters, Lisa Byington, Wayne Randazzo, A.J. Kanell and Joe Beninati.

On-field reporters, including Brooke Fletcher, Caroline Hendershot and Dannie Rogers, will provide updates and analysis from the sidelines. Additional on-air talent for BTN’s 43 football games may be added at a later date.

Studio Programming:

Throughout the month of August, all 18 Big Ten schools will be featured in Football Training Camp, one-hour episodes highlighting each program directly from campus. Dave Revsine, Gerry DiNardo, Howard Griffith and Butt, among others, will travel to all 18 campuses, providing expert analysis and interviewing coaches and student-athletes at each stop. The first training camp show debuts Thursday, Aug. 6, at 6 p.m. ET from USC, followed by shows from Indiana (Aug. 14, 6 p.m. ET), Ohio State (Aug. 20, 6 p.m. ET) and the final show from Iowa (Aug. 24, 6 p.m. ET). B1G Tailgate is back for its 10th season with on-site host Camryn Irwin alongside former Ohio State safety Tyvis Powell, who will travel to a different Big Ten campus each week for interviews with a rotation of guests and on-site analysis. Rick Pizzo, Vereen and Sydney Supple will join the duo from Chicago, with B1G Tailgate airing weekly at 10 a.m. ET on Saturday mornings.

Following B1G Tailgate, fans can tune in to B1G Countdown to Kickoff, a 30-minute pre-game show looking at the day’s slate of Big Ten games. Following the day’s games, The Final Drive will air every Saturday night to recap the weekend’s action.

Mike Hall, Michele Steele, Revsine, Pizzo, Griffith, DiNardo, Butt, Herron, Reece, Lewis, Kerrigan, Barner, Hundley, Senior College Football Reporter for Yahoo Sports Ross Dellenger, former Michigan associate head coach Biff Poggi and long-time NFL and NCAA coach Dave Wannstedt will also appear across The B1G Show, B1G Today, B1G Countdown to Kickoff, B1G Live: Football Game Break, B1G Live: Football Postgame and The Final Drive.

Urban Analysis, featuring Urban Meyer and DiNardo, will also return this fall.

Big Ten Network Originals:

The Emmy-nominated franchise The Journey: Big Ten Football 2026 will debut its 15th season this fall. Additional Big Ten Network Originals programming will be announced at a later date. 

Football Content on B1G+:

On B1G+ , BTN’s subscription streaming service, fans can access condensed game replays of Big Ten football games along with on-demand, full-length commercial free replays of televised football games from Big Ten television partners. Additionally, B1G+ has dedicated channels for all 18 Big Ten schools featuring on-demand access to BTN’s library of classic games and original content. Fans can subscribe to B1G+ with an annual pass for $89.99 per year or a monthly pass for $12.99 per month.
