Ohio St. keeps rolling, pushes past Saint Francis (PA)
Ohio St. gave the Nut House something to cheer about, taking down Saint Francis (PA) in a 96-59 romp at Value City Arena on Saturday afternoon. The Buckeyes got out to a fast start and went into the break with an eight-point lead. They continued to dominate the second half, growing their lead to as large as 39 points.
Brice Sensabaugh led the way for OSU, putting up 15 points and a season-high two assists. As a whole, the Buckeyes were impressive on the offensive side of the ball, racking up 1.42 points per possession on 50% shooting from the field. They clearly placed an emphasis on putting up deep shots, knocking down 13-of-23 three-point attempts.
Josh Cohen recorded 18 points and 10 rebounds to lead the way for Saint Francis (PA). As a team, The Red Flash shot 41% (24-of-59) from the field and 32% (6-of-19) from three. Their shooting was part of larger offensive struggles that contributed to the loss. Saint Francis (PA) only mustered 0.86 points per possession on 47% true shooting.

OSU recovered nicely from its last game, a loss to Duke. A battle with a defensive-minded Rutgers squad is the Buckeyes' next test. They will meet on Dec. 8 at Value City Arena. Saint Francis (PA) couldn't pull off the upset this afternoon. The Red Flash will travel to the SimpliFi Arena at Stan Sheriff Center for their next chance at a win, a Dec. 11 battle with Hawaii.
