CREDENTIAL DISTRIBUTION: Media attending Big Ten Basketball Media Days may pick up credentials at the second floor Coat Room, just to the right of the entrance to Media Day. Credential distribution hours will be from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m. CT on both days of the event. PARKING: For those driving, attendee parking can be found at the William Street Parking Garage (9490 Williams St., Rosemont, Illinois). Direct access to the Convention Center bridge can be found on the East side of the parking garage on the second floor. Parking vouchers are available to media members, which can be retrieved at the credential desk. Parking vouchers are limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis. HEAD COACH PANELS: Panel discussions with all 36 coaches (18 women/18 men) will take place in the Main Area from 9 a.m.-11 a.m. Led by moderators from Big Ten Network, coaches, in groups of three, will discuss a variety of topics relevant to college basketball. All panels will be televised live on Big Ten Network and the FOX Sports app. Press conferences will also be transcribed and those transcriptions will be linked through the official Media Days website as soon as possible following the conclusion of each session. Mult-boxes will be available in the back of the room on a first-come, first-serve basis, as well as in the A/V distribution area. Wireless internet will be available on the Main Room. BREAKOUT PODIUM SESSIONS: Breakout podium interview sessions will run from 12 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. CT each day. Coaches and student-athletes will be available at individual podiums, which will include microphones and mult-boxes. School communications directors will be on hand to assist with facilitating these interviews. Big Ten Commissioner Tony Petitti will also address the media during these sessions at 8:40 a.m. CT on Wednesday and Thursday. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PODIUM INTERVIEWS ARE OPEN TO ALL MEDIA. BIG TEN NETWORK SET INTERVIEWS: Head coaches and selected student-athletes from all 36 Big Ten women's and men's basketball programs will rotate for 15-minute live interviews on the Big Ten Network set located in the Main Area. These interviews will take place from 11 a.m.-3:30 p.m. CT both days and will be broadcast on BTN and the FOX Sports app. RADIO ROW: At school discretion, coaches and student-athletes can be made available for interviews with on-site radio shows at any time as long as interviews do not conflict with other required media sessions. All interviews must be coordinated with school communications staff representatives. Outlets broadcasting live or taped radio programs from Media Days will be assigned locations in the lobby outside Room 43 to conduct their interviews.
