2023 Big Ten Basketball Media Days - Target Center Parking & Entry Map

CREDENTIAL DISTRIBUTION:
Media attending Big Ten Basketball Media Days may pick up credentials in the main lobby on the southeast side of Target Center. Credential distribution hours will be from 7 a.m. until Noon CT on both days of the event. 

PARKING:
Media members are directed to park in either Ramp A or Ramp B adjacent to Target Center (see map linked above). Upon entering the garage, media should take a ticket from the automated entry machine to allow access. Parking vouchers to allow exits from the garage during each day of the event will be provided at the credential distribution window, as well as the help desk located inside the Lexus Courtside Club at Target Center.

MEDIA & PHOTO WORK AREAS:
Media members will have the option to work either from the press seating set up in the main arena at Target Center, or from the Lexus Courtside Club, located immediately to the left upon entering from the credential distribution desk at Target Center. Both areas will open at 7 a.m. and close at 4 p.m. CT each day.

HEAD COACH CONFERENCES:
Press conferences with all 28 head coaches (14 women/14 men) will take place on the main court of the Target Center from 8:30 a.m. until approximately 11 a.m. CT on Monday and Tuesday. Each coach will then have 10 minutes to address the media and field questions during their rotation. All press conferences will be televised live on Big Ten Network and the FOX Sports app. Press conferences will also be transcribed and those transcriptions will be linked through the official Media Days web site as soon as possible following the conclusion of each session.

Mult-boxes will be available in the back of the court on a first-come, first-serve basis, as well as in the A/V distribution area. Wireless internet will be available on the court.

BREAKOUT PODIUM SESSIONS:
Breakout podium interview sessions will run from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. CT each day. Coaches and student-athletes will be available at individual podiums which will include microphones and mult-boxes. School communications directors will be on hand to assist with facilitating these interviews. Big Ten Commissioner Tony Petitti will also address the media during these sessions at 11:45 a.m. CT on Monday and Tuesday. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PODIUM INTERVIEWS ARE OPEN TO ALL MEDIA.

BIG TEN NETWORK SET INTERVIEWS:
Head coaches and selected student-athletes from all 28 Big Ten women's and men's basketball programs will rotate for 10-minute live interviews on the Big Ten Network sets located on the main arena floor at Target Center. These interviews will take place from 11:30 a.m.-1:50 p.m. CT both days and will be broadcast on BTN and the FOX Sports app.

RADIO ROW:
At school discretion, coaches and student-athletes can be made available for interviews with on-site radio shows at any time as long as interviews do not conflict with other required media sessions. All interviews must be coordinated with school communications staff representatives. Outlets broadcasting live or taped radio programs from Media Days will be assigned locations within the Lexus Courtside Club to conduct their interviews.

MEDIA HOSPITALITY:
Complimentary media hospitality will be available at Target Center in the Lexus Courtside Club. Breakfast will be served 7:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m., while lunch will be available from Noon until 2 p.m. CT each day. Beverages will also be served throughout the day.
