Rutgers Claims Men’s Golfer of the Week Honor
ROSEMONT, Ill. – Rutgers’ Argyle Downes has been named the Big Ten Golfer of the Week for tournaments from February 6-12.

· Helped the Scarlet Knights kick off the spring season with a top five finish at the Palmas del Mar Collegiate in Puerto Rico
· Turned in one of the top performances of the tournament, carding rounds of 71, 68, and 70 to finish with a seven-under par 209 and tying for third
· Recorded 48 of 54 holes at or below par, highlighted by 13 birdies and a stretch of 26 holes played bogey free
