Iowa Wins Men’s Golfer of the Week Award

ROSEMONT, Ill. – Iowa's Ryan Shellberg has been named the Big Ten Golfer of the Week for tournaments from April 2-9.

• Earned runner-up honors at the Calusa Cup, competing against No. 2 Virginia and No. 3 Florida 
• Led Iowa with a three-under-par final round, shooting 17 of 19 holes at par or better 
• Played 47 of 54 holes at par or better during the tournament 
• His career-best total score of 208 marks the best 54-hole performance by a Hawkeye at the Calusa Cup and ranks tied for 28^th all-time in program history
