Claimed his first collegiate victory last week, winning the Southwestern Invitational following rounds of 69-67-65 (-12)
His final round 65 (-6) was tied for the lowest round of his career
Recorded birdies on six of his final eight holes to come back and win the tournament by one shot
Shipley led the Buckeyes to the team’s first win of the season and the first since winning the Robert Kepler Intercollegiate last April
Earns his first career Golfer of the Week honor
