Four Men's Gymnasts to Represent Big Ten at Paris Olympics
ROSEMONT, Ill. – The Big Ten Conference will be well represented when the U.S. men’s gymnastics team begins competition at the 2024 Paris Olympics, as four athletes with ties to the conference have been selected to the team.
Michigan’s Paul Juda and Fred Richard will join former Nittany Lion Stephen Nedoroscik on the squad, while former Golden Gopher Shane Wiskus was named as a traveling replacement.

Richard led the all-around (170.500) on both days of competition, also claiming the top spot on high bar (29.850 and finished second on parallel bars (29.850) and third on floor exercise (28.700) to secure his place on the team.
Wiskus finished third in the all-around competition (169.650) and scored a win in the floor exercise (28.950), while Juda’s two day all-around score of 168.850 was good for fourth. Nedoroscik was No. 2 on pommel horse with a 29.300.
