Michigan State and Wisconsin Secure Three Stars Awards
ROSEMONT, Ill. – The Big Ten Conference has announced its Three Stars of the Week for hockey games played Dec. 8-9.
First Star

Recorded a .957 save percentage (stopping 66 of 69 shots) in No. 7/7 Michigan State’s sweep of No. 20/20 Notre Dame Dec. 8-9 in East Lansing, Mich.
Made 35 saves in the series opener and missed a shutout by 15 seconds on Saturday, turning away 31 shots, including a breakaway in the third period of a 2-1 win
Has yet to lose a conference game in regulation, posting an 11-3-1 record on the season
Honored as a First Star for the second time this season
