Michigan State Wins Big Ten Men’s Tennis Championship
Spartans capture first regular season title since 1967

ROSEMONT, Ill. – No. 23-ranked Michigan State defeated Purdue, 4-1, Sunday in East Lansing, Mich., to clinch a share of the 2026 Big Ten Men's Tennis Championship.
Michigan State (15-8 overall) recorded a 12-1 conference dual record to finish in a first-place tie with Ohio State. The Spartans will earn the No. 1 seed for this week’s Big Ten Tournament by virtue of a tiebreaker.
The regular season championship is the Spartan’s second overall and their first since the 1967 season.
