Nebraska Captures Men's Tennis Weekly Award
ROSEMONT, Ill. – Nebraska junior Calvin Mueller has been named the Big Ten Conference Men’s Tennis Player of the Week for matches played April 19-21.

Went 2-0 at No. 1 singles in matches against No. 1 Ohio State and Penn State
Defeated 28th-ranked Justin Boulais of Ohio State in straight sets (6-3, 6-4) as Nebraska became the first team outside the Top 25 to take a point against the Buckeyes this season
Won a super tiebreaker to upset 79th-ranked Miko Eala, 6-4, 3-6, 1-0 (10-5) in Nebraska’s 7-0 win over Penn State in the regular season finale
Won his 26th singles match of the season, tying the fifth-best mark in school history
Jumped 39 spots in the ITA singles rankings, currently stands 80th nationally
The Big Ten All-Academic recipient earns his second weekly honor of the season and the third of his career
