ROSEMONT, Ill. – Michigan State graduate student Ronald Hohmann III and Ohio State fifth-year Cannon Kingsley have been named Big Ten Conference Men’s Tennis Co-Players of the Week for matches played Feb. 23-25.

- Lifted No. 16 Michigan State to wins over No. 49 Boise State and No. 44 Auburn as the Spartans advanced to the finals of the Blue Gray National Tennis Classic
- Clinched back-to-back match points at No. 1 singles with wins over Top-50 opponents Sam Sipple of Boise State (No. 43) and Tyler Stice of Auburn (No. 44)
- Extended MSU’s win streak to 12 matches, the program’s longest streak in 64 years, before the Spartans fell to No. 35 Princeton in the Blue Gray final
- Compiled a 3-2 overall record at the Classic, clinching the doubles point with teammate Graydon Lair against Boise State
- Ranked 19th nationally in singles by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA)
- The LSU transfer receives his first Big Ten weekly award

- Won a pair of matches in contributing to Ohio State’s 7-0 road victory over No. 55 Notre Dame on Saturday
- The top-ranked Buckeyes improved to 14-0 on the season and won their eighth-straight match versus a ranked team
- Defeated 28th-ranked Sebastian Dominko 6-4, 3-6, 6-3 at No. 1 singles to earn his fifth win against a ranked opponent this season
- Teamed with JJ Tracy to post a 6-2 win at No. 2 doubles, putting OSU in position for the doubles point
- Ranked 26th nationally in singles by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA)
- The two-time Big Ten Player of the Year earns his seventh Big Ten weekly award
