Seven Big Ten Players Earn ITA All-America Honors

ROSEMONT, Ill. — The Intercollegiate Tennis Association has recognized seven men's tennis players from the Big Ten Conference with All-American accolades.

Earning All-American honors in singles were: Karlis Ozolins, Illinois; Ozan Barris, Michigan State; Jack Anthrop, Cannon Kingsley and JJ Tracy, Ohio State.

In doubles, All-American status was bestowed upon Ohio State's Robert Cash/JJ Tracy and Illinois' Karlis Ozolins/Hunter Heck.

The ITA grants All-America honors for singles based on 1.) a top 16 seed into the NCAA Singles Championship or 2.) advancing to the round of 16 at the NCAA Championship, or 3.) finishing in the top 20 of the final ITA Singles Rankings. For doubles, All-America recognition is awarded for teams that either 1.) earn a top-eight seed into the NCAA Championship or 2.) reach the NCAA Championship quarterfinals or 3.) finish in the top 10 in the final ITA National Doubles Rankings.

The ITA also recently released its final singles, doubles and team rankings for the season. The following Big Ten players were listed:
