ROSEMONT, Ill. — The Big Ten swept singles and doubles honors at the ITA Midwest Regional Championships, held October 19-23 in Ann Arbor, Mich. Six Big Ten schools competed at the event.

The Illinois doubles team of Hunter Heck and Karlis Ozolins won five matches to earn a berth into the ITA National Fall Championships. Ranked sixth by the ITA, Heck and Ozolins went 14-4 as a doubles team last season, reaching the quarterfinals of the NCAA Doubles Championship.

Ohio State advanced four players to the Midwest Regional singles semifinals. JJ Tracy defeated teammate Alexander Barnard in the singles final, which was played October 24 in Columbus.
