Nebraska Secures Men's Tennis Weekly Award
ROSEMONT, Ill. – Nebraska junior Calvin Mueller has been named Men’s Tennis Player of the Week by the Big Ten Conference for matches played Jan. 18-21.

- Helped Nebraska to a pair of shutout wins over in-state rivals Omaha (7-0) and Creighton (4-0) in a Jan. 21 doubleheader held at the Dillon Tennis Center
- Compiled a 4-0 record, winning two matches at No. 1 singles and at No. 2 doubles (partnering with Nikolay Sysoev)
- All four victories came in straight sets as Mueller won 70.3 percent of his games (38-16)
- The Big Ten All-Academic recipient earns his second career weekly honor, having previously been recognized on April 12, 2022
- Marks back-to-back Big Ten Player of the Week Awards for Nebraska
