Women’s Cross Country Athlete of the Week

Addie Engel, Ohio State

Sr. – Springfield, Ohio – Central Catholic – Major: Health Sciences

• Won the Badger Classic title on Sept. 9 in Madison, Wis., finishing the 5K course in a time of 17:57.4, nearly 6 seconds faster than the next competitor

• Named National Athlete of the Week by the USTFCCCA on Tuesday

• Has finished in the top two of her last eight of nine races

• Secures her sixth career Big Ten Athlete of the Week award
