2024-25 Big Ten Women’s Basketball Television Schedule

ROSEMONT, Ill. – The Big Ten Conference released the start times and television assignments for its 2024-25 women’s basketball schedule on Wednesday, with all 162 conference games to be nationally produced and distributed for the 11th consecutive season. The conference also unveiled times and network designations for selected non-conference games hosted by Big Ten schools as part of Wednesday’s announcement.

This schedule marks the most coverage on nationally distributed platforms in Big Ten women’s basketball history. Twelve Big Ten matchups, including eight regular season games, will also be televised on a broadcast platform via NBC or FOX, the most in conference history.

For the second time in as many years, the Big Ten Women’s Basketball Tournament championship will be televised on a broadcast platform, with CBS airing the game on March 9. It will also be streamed live on Paramount+.

The Big Ten, which sent a record-tying seven teams to the NCAA Tournament a season ago, including Iowa’s second straight appearance in the National Championship game, features an 18-game women’s basketball conference slate. Teams will play one school in a home-and-away series while facing 16 teams once. Of the single-play opponents, member institutions will play eight at home and eight on the road.

Conference play tips off on Dec. 7 and picks up in earnest on Dec. 28, culminating in the 32nd Big Ten Women’s Basketball Tournament, scheduled for March 5-9, 2025, at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.

Big Ten women’s basketball will make its 2024-25 debut on FS1 with a doubleheader, starting with Duke visiting Maryland at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday, Nov. 10. The action continues at 7 p.m. ET with Notre Dame at Purdue.

The Big Ten Network’s coverage also begins on Nov. 10, when reigning WBIT champion Illinois hosts Marquette at 8 p.m. ET. Women’s basketball coverage on BTN continues later that night at 10 p.m. ET with Oregon welcoming Baylor to Matthew Knight Arena.

For the third straight season, FOX will televise Big Ten women’s basketball games. Its nine-game slate opens with a Saturday, Dec. 7 matchup between Iowa and Tennessee at 7 p.m. ET inside the Barclays Center.

After its inaugural year providing coverage for Big Ten women’s basketball, NBC will show three games this season, leading off with Notre Dame at USC on Saturday, Nov. 23 at 4 p.m. ET.

NBCUniversal’s direct-to-consumer platform, Peacock, will carry Big Ten games live for the second consecutive season. Tipoff is scheduled for 3 p.m. ET between Indiana and Iowa on Sunday, Jan. 12.

Peacock will televise the opening three games of the 2025 Big Ten Women’s Basketball Tournament on Wednesday, with second-round, quarterfinal and semifinal games on Thursday, Friday and Saturday slated for the Big Ten Network. CBS will broadcast the championship game on Sunday.

All Big Ten Network, FOX and FS1 on-air games will also be streamed nationwide via the web, smartphones, tablets and connected devices on the FOX Sports App, while the game televised on CBS will also be available for live streaming on Paramount+. NBC’s broadcasts will also be available for live streaming on Peacock, while contests exclusive to Peacock will only be available on the platform.

B1G+ will have a robust slate of additional games available for streaming on the platform. The full schedule is available online at bigtenplus.com.
