Gainbridge Fieldhouse Guest Services/Bag Policy
Bags/Backpacks
Backpacks (with the exception of single-compartment drawstring bags that meet the NBA bag-size requirements, or media backpacks that are screened at the media entrance), hard-sided bags and any bag larger than 6”x9”x1.5 will not be allowed. Discretion is allowed for purses and diaper bags that, while having the appearance of backpacks, generally are sized differently, and have a different purpose. These are allowed on a case-by-case basis and subject to management approval. All guests entering the Fieldhouse are subject to security screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by Gainbridge Fieldhouse personnel.
Designated Driver Program
Guests who are 21 years old or older with a valid driver’s license and agree to refrain from the use of alcoholic beverages for a safe drive home can sign up for our designated driver program. When you sign up at the Guest Services desk on the Main Concourse at Section 2 as a designated driver, Pacers Sports & Entertainment will treat you to a free non-alcoholic beverage.
Fan Texting
Guests are encouraged to use our Fan Texting system by texting the issue and location to 317-917-2500. Participation in this service is free of charge but standard carrier text messaging and data charges may apply.

Sensory Room
Gainbridge Fieldhouse is excited to announce our new sensory room in partnership with KultureCity. The sensory room is located at Section 119. Sensory rooms, from the size, color of the walls, to the elements in the room are all carefully planned by the KultureCity sensory team led by physicians, board certified speech ABA (applied behavioral analysis) and occupational therapists. When individuals or families with sensory needs visit a crowded and popular venue – loud noises, certain smells – can not only be overwhelming because of the sensory aspect, but also physically painful. Because of that, 1 in 6 individuals with sensory needs tend to stay at home and not engage with the community. Sensory rooms are extremely important because they provide assurance for families and individuals.
Strollers
Collapsible stroller units may be stored beneath your assigned seat(s). For assistance with other units, please stop by one of our Guest Services desks or see the usher in your seating area.
