2025 Big Ten Women’s Gymnastics All-Conference Teams Announced

ROSEMONT, Ill. – The Big Ten Conference announced its 2025 women’s gymnastics all-conference teams, all-freshman team and sportsmanship honorees on Monday. The All-Big Ten and All-Freshman teams were determined based on the national qualifying scores (NQS) accumulated by student-athletes during the 2025 season.
Nine Big Ten women’s gymnastics program were represented on this year’s all-conference teams. Regular-season champion UCLA led the way with eight All-Big Ten selections, placing four on the first and second teams. Michigan State had six gymnasts on all-conference teams, including four on the first team. Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska and Ohio State also had at least one gymnast on the first team.
An additional 16 gymnasts were named to the All-Big Ten Second Team, which expanded due to a tie in the scoring. New to this year’s postseason honors is the addition of a six-person all-freshman team, with five programs garnering recognition.
The Big Ten also recognized 12 Sportsmanship Award recipients in the sport of women’s gymnastics on Monday, one from each conference institution. The students chosen are individuals who have distinguished themselves through sportsmanship and ethical behavior. These students must be in good academic standing and have demonstrated good citizenship outside of the sports-competition setting.
The 2025 Big Ten Women’s Gymnastics Championships will be held March 21-22 at the University of Michigan's Crisler Center in Ann Arbor, Mich. The meet will be conducted in three sessions, with Nebraska, Rutgers, Ohio State and Washington competing on March 21 at 6 p.m. ET. Iowa, Maryland, Penn State and Illinois will compete in the afternoon session at 12 p.m. ET on March 22 while UCLA, Minnesota, Michigan State and Michigan will compete in the evening session at 5 p.m. ET.
