- Captured the 174-pound title at the Clarion Open with a 4-0 record
- Defeated Clarion's 28th-ranked John Worthing, 4-2, in the championship final
- The unranked senior posted bonus points in his other three wins with a pin and two major decisions, including a 12-1 win over Mario Hutcherson in the semifinals

Ben Davino, Ohio State
133 pounds – Elgin, Ill. – St. Charles East
- Won his first collegiate event with a 5-0 record and wins over a pair of 2024 NCAA qualifiers
- Defeated Max Leete of American in a second match at the Clarion Open by major decision (14-3)
- After two more bonus-point wins, Davino edged teammate Nic Bouzakis by the score of 5-3 in the title bout Sunday
- Won his first four bouts as a Buckeye by bonus points (3 MD, 1 TF) on his way to the 133-pound title at Clarion
- Earns the inaugural Freshman of the Week Award
