•    Scored two goals in a 4-1 win over UC-Davis and added two markers in a 3-2 loss to St. Louis

Defensive Player of the Week 

Samantha Cary, Iowa

Gr. – D – St. Charles, Mo. – Frances Howell North – Major: Sports Media

•    Anchored a Hawkeyes’ defensive unit that earned a scoreless draw at No. 18 Virginia, after fighting off 11 second half shots

•    Scored a goal and led an effort that held George Mason to just one shot in the 3-0 victory

•    Earns her second consecutive Defensive Player of the Week award

•    Totaled 16 saves to lead Michigan to a pair of wins last week

•    Notched seven saves in a 1-0 victory at No. 11 Notre Dame, the first time since Oct. 15, 2020 the Fighting Irish have been shut out
