• Topped No. 68 Lucciana Perez of Texas A&M 6-3, 7-6(1)  
• Teamed with Olivia Center to take down No. 69 Heike Janse Van Vuuren and Gracie Mulville of Kansas  
• Fakih is the first Bruin to earn a Big Ten Player of the Week honor
