MEDIA INFORMATION
CREDENTIAL DISTRIBUTION
Media attending Big Ten Football Media Days may pick up credentials at the 8th Street North Registration Desk on the Lobby Level of the Hilton Chicago. Credential distribution hours will be from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. CT on Tuesday and Wednesday, and 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. CT on Thursday.
WIRELESS INTERNET
Free wireless internet will be available in the International Ballroom. The network name is B1GMedia and the password is B1GFBMD26.
RADIO ROW
At school discretion, coaches and student-athletes can be made available for interviews with on-site radio shows at any time as long as interviews do not conflict with other required media sessions. All interviews must be coordinated with school communications staff representatives. Radio Row will open daily at 8 a.m. CT.
MEDIA RECEPTION
The Big Ten Conference Communications Staff will host a media reception on Wednesday, July 29, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. CT aboard the Ft. Dearborn docked on Ogden Slip (465 N. McClurg Court, Chicago, IL 6061). Media are welcome to enjoy light bites and drinks. RSVPs are required with a separate RSVP link to follow.
PODIUM INTERVIEWS
In addition to the regular coach and student athlete podium interviews, the conference will host Big Ten Conference Coordinator of Football Officials Bill Carollo on Thursday. Carollo will be available to all media from 1-1:30 p.m. CT.
FILMING/PHOTO SHOOTS OUTSIDE OF EVENT SPACE
Designated filming and stand-up taping space will be available outside of the International Ballroom.
