Ohio State and Rutgers Claim Weekly Men’s Lacrosse Awards

ROSEMONT, Ill. – The Big Ten Conference has announced its Men’s Lacrosse Awards for 
the week of Feb 17^th  - Feb. 24^th, 2026.  

Offensive Players of the Week 
Garrett Haas, Ohio State 
Junior – Attack – Fairview, Texas – Major: Sport Industry 

• Led the Buckeyes with six points in the win over High Point 
• His give goals against the Panthers are a career-high  
• Has recorded six points two games in a row and leads the conference with 4.80 points per game 
• Last Ohio State Offensive Player of the Week Award:  Gannon Matthews (April 22, 2026) 

Defensive Player of the Week 
Joe Juengerkes, Rutgers 
Graduate Student – SSDM – Islip, N.Y. – Major: Supply Chain Management 

• Recorded four ground balls and one caused turnover in the 8-7 win over Villanova 
• Juengerkes also tied his career-high with two points 
• The SSDM scored an unassisted goal to put the Scarlet Knights up 3-1 in the first period and assisted on another 
• Last Rutgers Defensive Player of the Week Award: Dylan Groff (Feb. 10, 2026) 

Specialist of the Week 
Cardin Stoller, Rutgers 
RS-Junior – Goalie – Owing Mills, Md. – Major: Communication 

• Had 14 saves and led RU to an 8-7 win over Villanova 
• Allowed just one goal over the final 42 minutes of the game 
• Recorded a season high save percentage (66.7%) and saves (14) 
• Stoller currently leads the Big Ten in saves per game (12.25) 
• Last Rutgers Specialist of the Week Award: Cardin Stoller (April 8, 2025) 

Freshman of the Week 
Dylan Finder, Rutgers 
Freshman – SSDM – Chandler, Ariz. – Major: Undecided 

• Had a strong defensive performance in a 8-7 win over a Villanova team that was ranked the week prior 
• Helped limit the Wildcats to a season-low seven goals, 3.5 goals below their season average 
• As a team, Rutgers held Villanova to one goal in the final 42 minutes of the game 
• Last Rutgers Freshman of the Week Award: Colin Zeller (April 8, 2025)
