Inside Lacrosse Selects Seven from Big Ten as All-Americans
ROSEMONT, Ill. – Inside Lacrosse recognized its 2026 All-Americans on Saturday, which included seven Big Ten student-athletes. All-Americans were selected by a collection of more than a dozen voters who also vote in the weekly Inside Lacrosse Media Poll.
Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year Matt Collison was named First Team All-American, along with Penn State defenseman Alex Ross. Both players have been mainstays on teams that earned a share of the Big regular season title and advanced to at least the NCAA quarterfinals.
Five schools had representation on the All-American teams, as Johns Hopkins, Maryland and Penn State each had two players selected as All-Americans, while Ohio State and Rutgers each had one player named.
The Big Ten also saw seven additional players named as All-American honorable mentions.
