Player of the Week
Sydney Gray, Nebraska
Sr. – 3B – Tucson, Ariz. – Sabino – Major: Finance
- Recorded a home run three times in four games last week, helping Nebraska to a 3-1 record
- Averaged more than 1.0 hit, 1.0 run and 1.0 RBI per game, while also averaging 1.0 extra-base hit per game
- Scored a run in all four games and had an RBI in three of four games
- Went 3-for-4 with a double and two home runs against South Alabama, setting a career-high with three extra-base hits and trying her career-highs in hits and home runs

Pitcher of the Week
Courtney Wyche, Maryland

- Pitched nine innings in a 3-2 win over Boston College
- Struck out a season-high 11 batters, pitching her 38th complete game of her career
- 11 strikeouts is the second most in a single game this season in the Big Ten

Freshman of the Week
Jasmyn Burns, Ohio State
C/UTL – Menifee, Calif. – Murrieta Mesa – Major: Psychology
- Hit .500 with a .857 slugging percentage and a .533 on base percentage in five games for Ohio State at the Tennessee Invitational
- In the weekend finale vs. South Dakota, Burns went 3-for-3 with a home run and three RBI
- Recorded a hit in each of the Buckeyes’ five games
- Defensively, threw out three base runners on the weekend, including Tennessee’s Kiki Milloy, who had 40 stolen bases last season and 16 this season
