Rutgers' Devine Named Golfer of the Week

ROSEMONT, Ill. – Rutgers graduate student Leigha Devine has been named the Big Ten Women’s Golfer of the Week for tournaments played during the week of March 21 – March 27, 2024.

Graduate Student – Windsor, Colo. – Fossil Ridge – Sport Management

• Carded a 2-under 214 to finish runner-up in a 116-player field at the Fresno State Classic hosted at Copper River Country Club

• Shot under par in rounds 1 and 2, highlighted by an eagle on No. 4 in the second round

• Led the entire field playing Copper River’s longest offerings, finishing 6-under on the course’s Par-5 holes

• Last Rutgers Golfer of the Week: Rikke Nordvik (10/12/22)
