Vivian Lu Named Big Ten Women's Golfer of the Week
Washington sophomore's medalist honor leads Huskies to team title in Hawaii

ROSEMONT, Ill. – Washington sophomore Vivian Lu has been named the Big Ten Women’s Golfer of the Week for tournaments played March 20-26.

Won co-medalist honors at the Dr. Donnis Thompson Invitational hosted at The Royal Kā'anapali Golf Course in Lahaina, Hawaii
- Carded an 11-under 205, her best 54-hole performance of the year, for her first collegiate victory and her fourth Top-5 of 2024-25
Posted the best round of any student-athlete in the 98-player field, carding a second-round 65 during which she birdied seven of her first ten holes, including four consecutive from Nos. 4-7
Helped lead the Huskies to their first team title of the season, with Washington’s 19-under 845 finishing 11 strokes ahead of the runner-up
