Rutgers, Michigan, Johns Hopkins, and Northwestern Collect Women’s Lacrosse Weekly Awards

Scarlet Knights’ Dixon, Wolverines’ Schwabe, Blue Jays’ O’Brien, and Wildcats’ Carroll score weekly honors

Offensive Player of the Week 
Lily Dixon, Rutgers
Jr. – A –Grasonville, Md. – Kent Island

  • Totaled 11 points on four goals and seven assists to go with eight ground balls, seven draw controls and four caused turnovers as the Scarlet Knights split a pair of games
  • Posted a career-high seven points on three goals and four assists, five draw controls and five ground balls in a 19-7 win over Temple
  • Added four points on three assists and a goal along with three ground balls, two caused turnovers and two draw controls in a loss at No. 7 Johns Hopkins
  • Became 28th player in program history to hit 100 career points
  • Scores her first Offensive Player of the Week honor
  • Last Rutgers Offensive Player of the Week: Marin Hartshorn (April 18, 2025)

Midfielder of the Week
Julia Schwabe, Michigan
Sr. – M – Dobbs Ferry, N.Y. – Dobbs Ferry

  • Recorded four points on a goal and three assists in the No. 10-ranked Wolverines’ 11-9 win over then-No. 21 USC
  • All three assists came as Michigan rallied from a 7-3 second quarter deficit
  • Became just the ninth Wolverine in program history to record 100 career points
  • Nabs her first Midfielder of the Week award
  • Last Michigan Midfielder of the Week: Lily Montemarano (March 12, 2024)

Defensive Player of the Week  
Reagan O’Brien, Johns Hopkins
Jr. – D – Charlestown, Mass. – Boston Latin

  • Tied a program single-game record with seven caused turnovers in No. 5 Johns Hopkins’ 17-6 win over Rutgers
  • Added an assist and two ground balls in the victory
  • Earns her first Defensive Player of the Week accolade
  • Last Johns Hopkins Defensive Player of the Week: Jordan Carr (April 9, 2024)

Freshman of the Week
Mary Carroll, Northwestern
D - Kennett Square, Pa. - Kennett

  • Paired four caused turnovers and three ground balls, as No. 3 Northwestern scored a 16-4 win over then-No. 4 Maryland
  • Notches her first Freshman of the Week award
  • Last Northwestern Freshman of the Week: Madison Smith (April 9, 2024)
